Answers You Need

Are consultations free?

Yes! Come visit our showroom any time. If you schedule a meeting we can arrange to have items of you are interested in arranged and set for you. Schedule an appointment!

What is your cancellation policy?

Deposits are non refundable. 

  • 15 days prior: no cancellation fee

  • 14 days prior: 10% of contract total, less deposit 

  • 7 days prior: 30% of contract total, less deposit 

  • 1 days prior: 75% of contract total, less deposit 

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, check, credit/debit card (processing fee applies), PayPal, cash app 💸💳💰

Do you offer gift certificates?

Yes! Contact us to provide you a Gift Certificate from Enchanted Events

Quotes

Quotes will be saved for a month before being deleted unless customer is in contact with Enchanted Events

Do you do site visits?

Yes, we come to the location of where the event will be held to measure and make sure we discuss options. First time site visit is Free, more site visits will consist of additional charges.

What is your policy for damaged products?

Damaged items will be charged at retail cost to client
